Cambodia: Aid Donated to Orphanage, Social Contribution Activities Intensify

In a gesture of social contribution aimed at enhancing the well-being of vulnerable children, essential supplies and consumables were donated to an orphanage in Kien Svay District, Kandal Province, on August 5, 2026. Sok Vanna, Honorary President of the Women's Association for Peace and Development of the General Department of Prisons under the Ministry of Interior, accompanied by Heng Sothavy, CEO of YHS Cambodia Food & Beverage, and their team, visited the orphanage located in Phum Thum Commune. They presented the aid to the children residing and receiving care at the facility. During the meeting, Sok Vanna conveyed warm greetings from the leadership of the Ministry of Interior and the Women's Association for Peace and Development. She expressed deep sympathy and strong concern for the welfare and education of the children, urging them to strive in their studies to become good children, good students, and good citizens for the nation's future. Heng Sothavy, CEO of YHS Cambodia Food & Beverage, expressed gratitude to the orphanage's management and staff for their dedication in caring for and nurturing the children. She affirmed the company's commitment to social responsibility, stating that this contribution reflects their spirit of love and sharing, aimed at alleviating the living conditions and improving the nutrition of the children in the orphanage. Representatives of the orphanage expressed their profound joy and heartfelt thanks to Sok Vanna, Heng Sothavy, and their delegation for dedicating their time and personal resources to bring love and valuable support to all the children.
