Nine Breakwater Workers Rescued Unharmed After Motorboat Capsizes Off Eastern Samar

Nine construction workers aboard a motorboat were rescued unharmed after their vessel capsized due to strong waves off Barangay 12 in Dolores, Eastern Samar, on Tuesday evening, August 4.
