Senator Loren Legarda and her son, Batangas Rep. Leandro Leviste, both facing complaints of plunder and graft in connection with solar power projects, have left the country, National Bureau of Investigation Director Melvin Matibag and the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said on Friday.
