‘Habagat’ weakens, but thunderstorms still expected nationwide – Pagasa
The southwest monsoon, or ‘habagat’, has slightly weakened but thunderstorms are still expected nationwide on Wednesday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). The habagat is now only affecting the western section of Northern Luzon.
