This year's pageant will provide an opportunity for each province to showcase its unique identity, culture, lifestyle, tourism resources, and soft power. Furthermore, contestants will be tasked with directly listening to the issues and needs of their local communities, serving as a bridge between them and the government and private sectors. R.T.A.N.
