Nearly 30 New Laws Take Effect in Vietnam from July

Vietnam will see the implementation of nearly 30 new and amended laws starting July 1. These cover diverse areas including overseas representative missions, capital city, construction, public employees, e-commerce, personal income tax, tax administration, digital transformation, national reserves, aviation, cybersecurity, press, high technology, disease prevention, population, and anti-corruption. These legal changes aim to modernize Vietnam's legal framework and adapt to societal shifts accompanying rapid economic growth.
