Sihanoukville Province hosts three fish sauce production facilities capable of producing approximately 500,000 liters annually. In the first six months of 2026, production reached about 175,000 liters. Despite being a coastal province, freshwater fish farming and livestock, particularly pig farming, are also thriving, contributing to the region's economic activity.
