Cambodia's Ministry of Justice to Investigate Procedural Irregularities at Stung Treng Provincial Court
Cambodia's Ministry of Justice has decided to refer a case alleging procedural irregularities by judicial officials at the Stung Treng Provincial Court to the Disciplinary Council of the Supreme Council of the Magistracy for investigation. The ministry will also conduct additional inquiries, submitting findings to the council.
