NCR Wage Hike to Boost Other Benefits, DOLE Secretary Says

The P85 daily wage increase in the National Capital Region (NCR) will also lead to higher overtime pay, night shift differentials, and other wage-related benefits, according to Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Secretary Francis Tolentino. This will not only boost the take-home pay of minimum wage earners but is expected to have broader positive impacts on worker welfare.
