ACEN Secures ERC Approval for La Union Power Supply Deal
ACEN Corp. has received provisional approval from the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) for a 10-year power supply agreement with La Union Electric Co. Inc. (Lueco), covering 46 to 97 megawatts. This ensures Lueco's protection from Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) price volatility.
