Vietnam Proposes Raising University Tuition Caps, Targeting Specific Fields and Self-Financing Institutions

Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training is planning to raise tuition fee caps for certain university faculties, particularly in dentistry and medicine. Institutions partially or fully self-financing will also see increased flexibility in setting fees. Conversely, tuition exemptions are expected to expand for students in specific fields with high societal demand.
