Vedan Vietnam, a major food manufacturer, held its annual blood donation drive as part of its community outreach efforts. Over 200 employees participated, donating 250 units of blood. The company has been organizing this event yearly since 2020, aiming to contribute to local healthcare and foster its corporate culture.
Vedan Vietnam, a leading food manufacturer, in coordination with the Dong Nai Provincial Red Cross and Cho Ray Hospital, organized a charity blood donation program themed "A Drop of Blood - A Million Hearts" on July 22. The event attracted over 200 employees and partners, collecting 250 units of blood that met the required standards. This contribution aims to supplement the blood supply for emergency and treatment purposes in the region. This marks the sixth consecutive year Vedan Vietnam has participated in this blood donation initiative, which has become an annual event since 2020 and consistently receives enthusiastic support from its staff. Mr. Ko Chung Chih, Deputy General Director of Vedan Vietnam, highlighted that the program's greatest value lies not only in the quantity of blood donated but also in the voluntary spirit maintained by employees over the years. He stated that this collective effort creates sustainable value and helps spread positive impacts within the community. Beyond contributing to the blood supply for medical treatment, the company affirmed its commitment to partnering with the community through practical activities.
