Cambodia's Ministry of Information Holds Meeting to Review First-Half Performance and Announce New Party Committee Members

The Ministry of Information of Cambodia held a meeting on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the headquarters of the People's Party in Phnom Penh. The event included a review of the first-half performance of the party committee and an announcement of additional members. The key meeting was presided over by Mr. Net Pheaktra, a member of the Central Committee and chairman of the party committee of the Ministry of Information. The meeting was attended by a large number of People's Party leaders from the Ministry of Information, along with over 800 party members. During the occasion, Mr. Net Pheaktra emphasized the importance of summarizing the work results achieved in the first half of the year to evaluate strengths and weaknesses. He also stressed the need to jointly set clear work directions for the second half to ensure higher efficiency.
