Swimming against the tide: HTK programme giving Cambodian children life-saving skills

Cambodian NGO Hile Teuk Kampuchea (HTK) has launched a life-saving swimming programme in the Run Ta Ek community, Siem Reap. With drowning being the leading cause of death for children aged 5-14 in Cambodia, the organisation is using innovative, low-cost bamboo pools to address what experts call a 'silent epidemic'.
