Cambodia Red Cross Celebrates Queen Mother's 91st Birthday with Buddhist Ceremony and Donations

The Cambodian Red Cross held a Buddhist ceremony in Phnom Penh to celebrate the 91st birthday of Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk. Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Red Cross, paid tribute to the Queen Mother and made donations to Buddhist monks.
