13 Foreigners Arrested for Online Scams in Svay Rieng Province, Sent to Court
Thirteen foreigners, identified as Vietnamese nationals, have been arrested in Chantrea District, Svay Rieng Province, Cambodia, on suspicion of operating online scams. They have been sent to court along with seized evidence including computers and mobile phones.
