
Jakarta Rains Amid Dry Season, Governor Claims Weather Modification Success
Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung claimed that rains falling during the dry season were the result of a weather modification operation (OMC). He explained that the Jakarta provincial government continuously conducts weather modification to induce rain, especially when clouds with rain potential are present.
