Southern Thailand: 14 Districts Launch Development Plans to Meet Citizen Needs

The Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre (SPCDA) and the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Region 4 have decided to jointly promote a regional development plan aimed at meeting the needs of the citizens.
