This false information was posted on Facebook on September 14 and urges viewers of the video to leave messages in the comments section. The transcript of the circulated video states: "Hello, shalom. This is direct aid from the government. For anyone who sees this video on your timeline, leave a message in the comments or Messenger." Accompanying the post was the caption: "Attention government, hopefully this aid brings benefits to the family 🙏" A link to send a message was also included in the circulating post. The investigation was conducted using an AI detection tool via the Hive Moderation website. Hive Moderation's analysis revealed that 55.8 percent of the video was AI-generated. The audio also showed that 95.1 percent was AI-generated. The video contained 44.7 percent deepfake. Furthermore, a search using Google Lens found that the claimed video is identical to activities of Mathius on July 15, 2026, through a post on his personal Instagram account, @matiusfakhiri. In his caption, Mathius wrote the following: "In yesterday's meeting with the Deputy Minister of PAN-RB to convey an important issue facing Papua post-expansion, namely the high number of ASNs which impacts regional fiscal capacity.
