Major General Lim Tonghuot, Director of the General Department of Dissemination, Education, and Public Relations of the National Authority for Combating Drugs (NACD), has stated that Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) partners remain essential for assisting in the dissemination of drug abuse prevention education to the general public. This statement was made during a meeting to review the progress of MOU implementation, held on the morning of September 14, 2026, with permission from His Excellency Lieutenant General Meas Virith, Secretary General of the NACD. On this occasion, Major General Lim Tonghuot conveyed the commendation and gratitude from His Excellency Dr. Net Savoeun, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the NACD, to all MOU partners for their diligent efforts in implementing the contents of the MOUs signed with the NACD in their respective fields. Concurrently, Major General Lim Tonghuot also requested all partners to consider the possibilities for continuing their work with the NACD. It should be noted that in the past, the NACD has signed MOUs with the Khmer Artists Association, the Kun Khmer Boxing Federation, the Cambodia Esports Federation, Galaxy Company, Hang Meas Company, and BKL Company, among others.
