Sara Duterte Highlights Palawan Tourism, Boosts Local Economy

Vice President Sara Duterte on Saturday shared photos of her visit to Bato ni Ningning, a popular tourist spot in Barangay Sto. Niño, San Vicente, Palawan. "I am overjoyed to have visited and seen Bato ni Ningning in Barangay Sto. Niño in recent months, a place frequented by many tourists for its cool breeze and breathtaking views," Duterte said in a social media post. "From here, one can admire the breathtaking beauty of San Vicente’s coastlines, which are among the well-known destinations in Palawan," she added. Duterte said she takes pride in the Philippines’ natural attractions and that visiting provinces is one way to promote local tourism. "I always say and take pride in the fact that the Philippines is home to some of the most beautiful places and coastlines in the world," Duterte wrote.
