Vinh Long Province Enhances Effectiveness of Mass Mobilization under New Framework

Vinh Long Province, Vietnam has transferred the function of mass mobilization (Dân vận) from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Organization Department to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. This aims to enhance the efficiency of mass mobilization and strengthen Party leadership.
