Novaland Seeks Waiver on $300 Million International Bond Payments

Vietnamese real estate giant Novaland has proposed a waiver on a portion of payments for its $300 million international bond maturing in 2027. The proposal requires approval from at least 66% of bondholders, which would result in the extinguishment of a part of the debt. The company is pursuing debt restructuring.
