Facing strained relations with Western countries, Israel is accelerating efforts to strengthen ties with Asia. Israel has elevated its relationship with India to a "Special Strategic Partnership," moving beyond buyer-seller arms deals to deep industrial co-development across defense, AI, water, cyber, food security, renewable energy, and agriculture. Furthermore, Israel is interested in deepening ties with Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand, and strengthening relations with Japan and South Korea.
