Pulong Duterte files libel, cyberlibel vs. GMA Network, Matibag over cash delivery claims report
Davao City 1st District Representative Paolo "Pulong" Duterte has filed libel and cyberlibel charges against NBI Director Melvin Matibag, a former policeman, and GMA Network executives and journalists over a report concerning alleged cash deliveries. Duterte denies the claims, stating the lawsuit is to protect his family's honor.
