Cambodian Authorities Crack Down on Illegal Fishing During Closed Season, Release Fish Back into Natural Waters
Authorities in Prek Prasap District, Kratie Province, Cambodia, have cracked down on illegal fishing during the closed season, destroying seized illegal fishing gear and releasing approximately 20 kilograms of fish back into natural waters. This action is aimed at the sustainable conservation of fishery resources.
