Phnom Penh Districts Conduct Joint Raids on Tech-Based Scams, Detaining Multiple Individuals
Three districts in Phnom Penh have conducted joint operations to crack down on technology-based scams, resulting in the detention of numerous individuals. Some detentions involved foreign nationals with irregular documentation, who were handed over to the Phnom Penh Municipal Police. The operations were under the direct command of Phnom Penh Governor Khuong Sreng.
