Cambodia Sets 2027 Minimum Wage for Garment Workers at US$212

Cambodia's minimum wage for workers in the garment, footwear, and travel goods sectors will increase to US$212 per month starting January 1, 2027. This decision by Prime Minister Hun Manet adds US$2 to the US$210 figure agreed upon by labor and employer representatives. The industry is Cambodia's largest foreign exchange earner, employing nearly one million workers.
