Thai foreign minister reverses stance, will now back UNCLOS talks with Cambodia

Thai Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow has pivoted to support using the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) for maritime talks with Cambodia, aligning with Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul following the termination of the 2001 MoU 44.
