Vietnam's National Day Celebrations Held Across Globe, Economic Transformation Highlighted

Vietnam has celebrated the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and its National Day on September 2nd with commemorative events held in various locations worldwide. In Mozambique, Vietnam's economic model transformation was highlighted as "one of the most typical and impressive examples." Vietnam's achievements are considered particularly important as a reference for Mozambique as it actively implements national development plans and strategies to promote economic diversification and self-reliant development. This points to the effectiveness of the state-led development model under a one-party system, which has supported Vietnam's remarkable economic growth since the introduction of market-oriented reforms (Doi Moi policy) by the Communist Party of Vietnam. Celebrations for National Day were also held in Brunei. Furthermore, the Vietnamese Embassy in Tanzania organized a ceremony to commemorate National Day and the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Ethiopia. In northeastern Thailand, an event was held to celebrate Vietnam's National Day and the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Thailand. These events serve as opportunities for Vietnam to maintain and develop friendly relations internationally, while also sharing its development model. The fact that Vietnam's experiences are being cited as examples for other countries, particularly in the context of economic growth and international cooperation, indicates the expanding international influence of Vietnam.
