Cambodia to Host International Conference on Combating Tech Scams
Cambodia announced it will host the International Conference on Combating Online Scams (ICCOS) in Phnom Penh from September 23-24, 2026. Presided over by Prime Minister Hun Manet, the conference will gather international organizations and cybersecurity experts to strengthen global cooperation against online fraud.
