Kalay–Tamu and Kalewa–Yagyi–Monywa road corridors reopened after security forces regain control

The Kalay–Tamu and Kalewa–Yagyi–Monywa road corridors have been reopened after security forces regained control of the routes, which had previously been controlled and blocked by armed groups. The roads are key transport links for the India–Myanmar–Thailand Trilateral Highway and they play an important role in cross-border trade, transportation and regional connectivity.
