Cambodian NA President Extends Congratulations to Switzerland on National Day
The President of the National Assembly of Cambodia has extended congratulations to the Swiss National Council on the occasion of Switzerland's National Day on August 1st. The message expressed confidence that the long-standing friendship and multifaceted cooperation between the two nations, built on mutual respect and trust, will be further deepened.
AKP Phnom Penh, July 30, 2026 -- Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has sent a congratulatory to H.E. Pierre-André Page, President of the National Council of Switzerland, on the occasion of the National Day of Switzerland. “On behalf of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia and on my own behalf, I have the great honour and pleasure of extending my warmest congratulations and felicitations to you, your colleagues, and the people of Swiss Confederation on the occasion of National Day on 01 August 2026,” she wrote in her message released on Thursday. Samdech Khuon Sudary expressed her confidence that the longstanding ties of friendship and multifaced cooperation between Cambodia and Switzerland, built on mutual respect, mutual understanding, mutual trust, and mutual interests, will be deepened in the years ahead for the mutual benefits of the two peoples.
