The risk of "flash floods," where water levels can rise rapidly in a short period, is particularly high in low-lying areas prone to water accumulation and in mountainous regions serving as water sources. Local authorities are urging residents to pay attention to the latest weather and river level information and to be prepared for potential evacuation if necessary. While no specific damage reports have been issued at this time, the situation could change depending on future rainfall, and continuous monitoring is underway.
