Da Nang City Tightens IUU Fishing Controls with 100% VMS Compliance
Da Nang City in central Vietnam has significantly bolstered its efforts against Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated (IUU) fishing. All fishing vessels of 15 meters or longer have now successfully installed Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) devices and completed mandatory vessel identification, enhancing fisheries management and surveillance.
