Tatmadaw Declares Full Control of Intaw Town After Seven-Day Operation

Myanmar's Tatmadaw has announced it has fully regained control of Intaw Town and surrounding areas, previously under the temporary control of PDF armed groups. A seven-day operation saw 17 clashes, resulting in the deaths of 33 armed group members and the seizure of weapons. Authorities are now prioritizing infrastructure restoration, mine clearance, and the reopening of schools to ensure the safety and return to daily life for local residents.
