Phnom Penh Raids Target Suspected Online Scam Locations, 478 Foreigners Found, 10 Without Passports

Phnom Penh authorities conducted raids on 82 suspected online scam locations on June 2, identifying 478 foreign nationals, 10 of whom lacked passports. While no direct scam activities were observed, three locations and five individuals were fined for violating a sub-decree on residential security management.
