Tropical Depression Kiyapo Triggers Wind Signal No. 1 in Northern Luzon
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) has hoisted Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 over several areas in Northern Luzon due to the approaching tropical depression Kiyapo. Kiyapo is expected to intensify into a tropical storm and may make landfall or pass close to the Babuyan Islands.
