Hanoi to Auction 3 Land Plots for Housing Projects

Hanoi, Vietnam's capital, is preparing to auction the land use rights for three plots designated for housing development. These parcels are located in Long Bien district and Dong Anh commune (specifically in Phu Dong and Dong Anh communes). The development plans for these areas include low-rise housing, terraced houses, and apartment buildings. A significant highlight is the plot in Dong Anh commune, which has a starting bid of over VND 1.164 trillion (approximately USD 48 million), signaling the robust real estate development activity in Hanoi. All three auctions will be conducted through a direct voting, multi-round bidding process, employing the " trả giá lên" (ascending bid) method. This approach is designed to gauge market demand and secure the highest possible price.
