ACLEDA Bank Plc., the sole Cambodian financial institution, has achieved a significant milestone by ranking 785th in The Banker's "Top 1000 World Banks 2026" list. This marks a notable ascent from its 792nd position in 2025, underscoring the bank's growing international recognition and the overall advancement of Cambodia's financial sector. The ranking is based on five core strengths: Tier 1 capital of US$1,223 million, total assets of US$12,002 million, and pre-tax profits of US$250 million. Furthermore, the bank demonstrates strong financial health with a capital asset ratio of 10.19%, a return on capital of 16.33%, and a return on assets of 1.66%. This recognition highlights ACLEDA Bank's transparency, operational capabilities, and robust system security. It also confirms its strong development and competitiveness within the region.
