Village-led forest protection marks GCF-1 closure in northern Laos
The first phase of the Climate Protection through Avoided Deforestation (CliPAD) programme has concluded in northern Laos, supporting 240 villages in forest management and rewarding them with EUR 2.4 million for emission reduction efforts.
