According to Lieutenant Colonel Sok Sambour, the objective of this training is to enhance officers' capacity in planning and executing operations to combat offenses effectively, strengthen skills in firearm usage, and conduct live-fire training, strictly adhering to safety measures, professional standards, and human rights principles. Lieutenant General Jiv Phally, Deputy Commissioner General, presiding over the event, expressed gratitude to Mitra International for its continuous cooperation and support in technical assistance, resources, and training to elevate the capabilities of Cambodian law enforcement officers.
