Placement Test for Out-of-School Learners to be Held on August 9

The Ministry of Education has announced that a placement test will be held on August 9 for students who are learning outside of school. Students who will take the placement test must apply and register at the respective township education offices with the original recommendation letter from the ward administrator, proof of age, and educational recommendations for out-of-school primary education and out-of-school secondary education, or as actual residents who have relocated to townships declared under a state of emergency. The placement test will be held on August 9 at locations designated by the respective township education officers. Students who are out of school for various reasons will have their grade placement confirmed through a placement test, which is designated as a special program for those aged 10 to 16 for out-of-school primary education and those aged 13 to 21 for out-of-school secondary education, and will be accepted and taught in accordance with policies.
