Cambodia: Prime Minister Hun Manet Appoints Gendarmerie Institute Director
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet has issued a sub-decree appointing Colonel Klot Sovann as the new Director of the Gendarmerie Institute (Kampol), replacing Lieutenant General Nhem Sela who has been assigned new duties. The move aims to modernize gendarmerie training and enhance public security.
