The important forum was attended by Mr. Phon Channil, Governor of the Samrong Town Administration, members of the Town Council, Deputy Governors, the Director of Administration, leaders of relevant town offices and departments, commune council members, village local authorities, representatives of related agencies, and a total of 146 citizens. Mrs. Ath Sreymom further stated that during the forum, the Samrong Town administration publicly disseminated all major achievements, technical results, and work progress that the town administration has accomplished in the past, demonstrating transparency and accountability to the public. The discussions focused meticulously on key sectors, including strengthening the quality of public service delivery, environmental management, sanitation, and waste management, as well as security, safe villages/communes, and social order. It is noted that the forum proceeded in a friendly, open, and highly responsible atmosphere, with citizens and community representatives actively participating by giving opinions, asking questions, and submitting various requests. The President of the Council, the Governor of Samrong Town, and the heads of specialized offices immediately provided explanations and clarifications for all opinions and requests, recording them for step-by-step resolution according to actual capacity and possibilities, and preparing to incorporate them into the town's development plans and investment programs for the following year.
