SEC Extends Discounted Securities Registration Fees for MSMEs
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Philippines has extended a 50 percent discount on securities registration fees for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) until the end of 2026, aiming to boost their capital market fundraising. This discount can be combined with a 20 percent reduction on corporate registration fees.
