North-South Commuter Railway Full Operations Delayed to Q3 2033
The full operation of the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) in the Philippines has been postponed from 2032 to the third quarter of 2033 as part of government cost-cutting measures. The adjustment was approved by the Economy and Development Council (EDC).
