Vietnam Issues Regulations on Inspection and Security Testing of State Secret Protection Equipment
The Vietnamese government has issued Decree No. 315/2026/NĐ-CP, establishing regulations for the inspection and security testing of technical equipment used to protect state secrets. This decree aims to ensure the safety and confidentiality capabilities of such equipment and will take effect on May 1, 2027.
