Vietnam Accelerates Towards Double-Digit Growth Targets: Local Efforts and Challenges

Vietnam is witnessing an acceleration in efforts across various regions to achieve ambitious double-digit growth targets by 2026. Lam Dong province, in particular, has entered a crucial phase to realize a GRDP (Gross Domestic Regional Product) growth rate exceeding 10% by 2026. Although the growth rate in the first half of this year reached only about 8%, it is considered that development potential is becoming clearer and existing bottlenecks are being gradually resolved during this period. Among the factors supporting growth, the innovative initiatives by young entrepreneurs in Lang Son province are being pursued to achieve double-digit growth. Furthermore, the utilization of public investment is acting as a driving force for achieving the double-digit growth target. Quang Tri province is also entering its final stage towards the double-digit growth goal. These examples suggest that Vietnam's economy is building a solid foundation to achieve double-digit growth. Concrete initiatives at the local level are playing a significant role in driving the country's overall economic growth strategy.
