Honoring Excellent Students : Ceremony to honor and award prizes to students held

The ceremony to honor and award prizes to students who excelled in the 2026 matriculation examination and the entrance examinations for industrial, agricultural, and livestock universities in Ayeyarwady Region, as well as to districts, townships, basic education schools, and private schools that achieved the best pass rates, was held this morning at the City Hall in Pathein. The Chief Minister U Aye Kyaw, attended together with responsible officials and presented the awards. First, the Chief Minister delivered an address of honor to the students who excelled in the 2026 matriculation examination and the entrance examinations for industrial, agricultural, and livestock universities, as well as to the districts, townships, basic education schools, and private schools that achieved the best pass rates. Continuing, the Chief Minister and his wife, the Commander of the South-West Command and his wife, the Region's government ministers and their wives, and responsible officials presented awards to students who excelled at the national level and regional level in the 2026 matriculation examination, those who excelled at the regional level in the 2026 matriculation examination, students who earned six distinctions, students who excelled in the 2026 matriculation examination and the entrance examinations for industrial, agricultural, and livestock universities, and the districts, townships, basic education schools, and private schools that achieved the best pass rates. After an outstanding student delivered words of thanks on behalf of the students, the Chief Minister and distinguished guests watched and enjoyed musical performances by the students, it’s reported.
